2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

      5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. 9. Mentoring with Geraldine

As a mentor, I provide practical mentoring and professional development services to practitioners, supporting them with their client cases, providing clinical support, and offering education services, such as webinars and lectures.
Through the Teachable platform, I provide graduate education on paediatric issues, and generalised education to assist practitioners in serving their clients and managing their business. Education may be provided by way of lectures and group work.
My mentoring services are designed to pass on the benefit of my knowledge and experience to new graduates and support them in their professional development. I endeavor to create a practical bridge to help them make the transition between formal education and working in the community. Mentoring services are particularly suited for those who need support to develop their confidence. The Teachable mastermind groups and graduate programs provide an opportunity to make connections with likeminded practitioners and enjoy support in a group environment.
Practitioners are expected to exercise common sense at all times. You must have a working awareness of and commitment to compliance with the regulations in your own location. I work with practitioners all over Australia, New Zealand and the UK, and if you're from another country, then yours rules as well, and it is your sole responsibility to understand the rules that apply specifically to you and your practice. Do not rely on me to know them.
You are also fully responsible for your own relationship with your clients. I have not seen the client, and I am not their treating practitioner. I can only offer suggestions and support based on the incomplete information you choose to share with me. You must always exercise your professional judgement and make your own informed decisions about appropriate treatment.
Please make sure that you take appropriate care for your own health and well-being, both physical and mental. It is important to remember that coaching/mentoring is not therapy or a substitute for therapy, and to seek the support you need to ensure you are meeting your own needs as well as those of your clients.
